This website describes the technology studio services we offer and shows examples of products we have built. It is for information only. Nothing on it is an offer, a quote, or a contract.

02Working with us

Any project, consulting, or other work we do for you is covered by a separate written agreement between us. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement applies.

03Using the contact form

Please give accurate contact details, and do not send anything unlawful, abusive, or unsolicited advertising.

Sending a message does not make you a client and does not create a confidentiality agreement. Please leave out confidential or sensitive information until we have agreed terms in writing.

04Our content

The text, design, logo, product screenshots, and screen recordings on this website belong to Collective Theory. You may view the site and share links to it, but you may not copy or reuse its content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Third-party names and logos that appear in our product demos, such as Claude, Google Sheets, and ChatGPT, belong to their owners. They appear only to show how our products work.

05Acceptable use

Do not try to disrupt the website, access systems you are not authorized to use, or overload it with automated requests.

06Other websites

This website links to other sites, including our product websites sheetsmcp.io, yourtalks.ai, and rewriteapp.io. Those sites have their own terms, which apply when you use them.

07No warranties

We work to keep this website accurate and available, but we provide it as is, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. Product descriptions and demos show our products as they were when we made them, and the products may change.
